Most independent films are not lost in production. They are lost at release. When theaters closed and art-house venues disappeared, strong films lost the rooms where audiences discover them, and the capital to open them properly became harder to find.
Reel 3 · The capital
Ridian finances prints and advertising and independent slates, the stage between a completed picture and paying audiences. Each project has defined budgets, obligations and return mechanics, and partners with the art-house theaters that keep discovery alive.
Reel 4 · The audience
Our campaigns find people who have already shown interest in a film, build an owned relationship with them, and move them toward opening-week tickets. Money scales only after real audiences respond.
Reel 5 · The protection
Ridian is a Delaware series LLC. Each series holds its own assets and carries its own liabilities, so one project’s outcome never reaches investors in another. We favor non-recourse positions and early, defined distributions.
